July 14, 1985, to June 2, 2025
Mitchell passed away suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital on June 2, 2025, at the age of 39.
Mitchell is survived by his devoted wife Jasmine Rose Clark. Loving and proud father of Raige Forster, Dayne Sim, Scarlett Clark, Reece Sim and Sophie Sim.
Beloved son of Amanda Manzutti and Albert Sim. Brother of the late Todd Manzutti (Hailey). Mitchell will be sadly missed by his stepsister Jennifer Chevrier (Raymond) and stepbrother Jason Belanger (Tabetha). Brother-in-law to Dean Clark (Brianna). Mitchell will always be remembered and loved by his many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many many close friends, all of whom he deeply loved.
Mitchell's life was filled with love, laughter and many amazing memories. He believed in living life to the fullest, being kind and generous. His carefree spirit carries on in his children.
Mitchell was a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He loved playing darts and socializing with his dart family and friends. His hopes of seeing the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup were quickly dashed away. He could be seen many a night watching WWE (wrestling) with his children. Mitchell's sense of humour and love for people quickly became traits of his character. He always let you know what he thought whether it was asked for or not. He had a dominant presence in any room. Once you were lucky enough to get to know him, you realized how much of a teddy bear he was.
Family and friends are encouraged to drop-by during the visitation at O'Sullivan Funeral Home on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 10:00am-12:00pm. Afterwards we will be gathering at 5 Newcastle Drive between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. We will also have a gathering planned at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (246 Wellington St W) on Sunday June 8, 2025, from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Flower or food donations are accepted throughout the gatherings and will be received with many thanks. Please feel free to bring a picture, or something that holds a memory, to the Eagles on Sunday to celebrate Mitchell's life.
