Passed away peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday, April 22, 2017 after a valiant battle with cancer. Sadly missed by husband Blake, sister Brenda (Dave), brother Patrick and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and she will be returned to her beloved Newfoundland in July for burial. There will be a celebration of Life on Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 1 – 3 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 374 (Richards Landing). Thank you to Dr. Spadafora and staff at the Cancer Clinic and also to the caring staff at ARCH and Matthews Memorial Hospital. A very heartfelt thank you to her nephew Jackie Evans for his compassion and support. There is a new bright star in the heavens and it is her getting prepared for the next bingo.
