STEFAN, Salvatore

Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 13, 2016 at the age of 79 years.  Loving Papa of Peter Stefan (Bonnie) and Sonya Lisa Stefan.  Cherished Nonno of Daniel, Amanda and Charlotte “Carlotta” Stefan Bonin.  Dear brother of Alda Zanatta (Bruno) of Italy.  Also survived by family in Italy, Brazil, and Canada.  Born in Camalo, Italy, Sam immigrated to Canada in 1958.  He soon settled in Sault Ste. Marie and married Angelica in 1964. He was employed at Algoma Steel for over 25 years.  Sam was a proud member of the Sault Ste. Marie Soccer Association for over 30 years.  He was an avid gardener and wine maker. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm.  Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 2 pm.  Rev.
