Thompson, Joan peacefully passed away at Trenton Memorial Hospital on May 20, 2025 at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of Ted Thompson. Cherished mother of Kevin, and Karen (Stephen Whan). Loving grandmother to Brendan, Brodie, Kyle (Laura) and Travis. Dear great grandmother to Milo. Joan will be missed by her sisters Liz and the late Gina. Joan is predeceased by her parents James & Alice Turnbull. As per Joan's wishes, Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date followed by a secondary Celebration of Life to take place in Sault Ste.
