It is with heavy hearts that we announce Irene’s passing on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 surrounded by her family.  Daughter of the late Leo and Mary Vetrie.  Mother of Karen of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Paul (Tracey) of Toronto.  Beloved Baba of Mary, Laura and David.  Sister of Gail Sarlo (Abbie) of Sault Ste. Marie.  Aunt of Abby-Lynn McLean (John) of Naples, Florida and Chris Sarlo of Toronto.  Special aunt of Josie, Madelaine and Judah all of Naples, Florida.  As per her wishes, cremation has taken place in Toronto.
