Passed away unexpectedly on Friday May 21, 2021, in his 91st year. Bill is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Mary (nee Squarebriggs). Predeceased by wife Colleen.
Loving Father to Kathy (Joe), Laurie, Shelley (Ross), Bonnie and Laura (Henry). Loving Stepdad to Paul (Marylou), John (Jennifer), Tom (Ann Marie) and Sherry.

Bill was loving son to Arthur and Jessie Toll (nee McIlroy). He is survived by his sister Pat.
Bill will be cremated with a celebration of his life to be scheduled at a later date.
