William, 48 of Poplar Dale passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 after a long battle with his health.
Bill was born on September 2, 1974 to Joseph W. Tregonning and Judith Dewar. After Bill left school, he worked in logging while continuing to take courses about living in harmony with the nature around him.
In 1996 Bill met Anne while blueberry picking at Hinkler Lake where they had both gone camping with friends. Bill and Anne married on September 24, 2011. They have one daughter, Claire.
Bill was sadly predeceased by his brother Joseph Michael Tregonning, age 50. Bill is survived by in-laws Stacy Stewart (Sherry) and Cathy Stewart, his siblings Charlene (Curt), Sara (Guy), Jen (Ryan), Harley (Jesse), Christa (Steve), Johnna (Matt) and A.J.
Bill was a loving uncle to Patricia, Cindy, Kelsey, Nikki, Joseph, Kesi, Lauren, Jordan, Dom, Bailey, Logan, Onyx, Mayz, Palmer, Lenex and Eisley.
If anyone would like to donate in Bill’s name, the family asks for donations to be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada-Ontario Branch.
A potluck celebration of life will be held in the near future. Family and friends will be notified when plans have been made.
