Peacefully, and with the dignity she lived her life, Della has been freed from her 85 year old earthly body, to spend eternity with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. With grateful hearts, the family of Della Jean Tulloch (Fennessey) give thanks to God for such a loving mother. She was transported to Jesus’ presence on Saturday March 25th. Della is predeceased by her loving husband Glen. She leaves her five children: Nancy MacDonald (Perry), Mike (Cathie), Mary Jane Tjeerdsma (late Peter), Sheila Nyman (Ellis), and Marnie Osborne (late James) plus 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Della is predeceased by her parents, Mike and Mary Fennessey and her sister, June Chapman (Stan). She is survived by her sister Sherry Smith (David), brother-in-law Stan Chapman, brother-in-law Don Tulloch (Helen), sister-in-law Betty Walker (late Bruce), and late Catharine Tulloch. Fondly remembered by numerous nephews and nieces. Della’s life was enriched by her extended family, Dayton neighbours, teaching co-workers, especially at Thessalon Public School, as well as her Chapel family. Friends may pay respects at Thessalon Bible Chapel and visit over refreshments on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9. A celebration of Della’s life will take place on Friday, March 31, 2 pm at Thessalon Bible Chapel, Pastor Charlie Martin officiating. For those wishing to make a donation in Della’s memory, she had chosen the children’s charity “Galilean Bible Camp” or a charity of your choice.
