In Loving Memory of Darryl Wisser

Darryl, a man whose soul was deeply tied to the North, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and enduring friendships. Darryl had a profound passion for the outdoors—whether it was hunting deer and moose, fishing, or working on the ranch. He lived a simple yet fulfilling life, finding happiness in nature and the hard work it demanded.

Darryl’s warmth and humor made him unforgettable. Whether sharing a hunting tale or cracking a joke, he brought joy and laughter to every gathering. His love for the land, dedication to his work, and the deep bonds he formed with those around him will never be forgotten.

Darryl was a constant source of support to those lucky enough to know him. His friendships, built over many years, became family. He shared countless memories in the bush with his long-time buddies Kenny, Lloyd, Big Tom, and others. Respected by all who knew him, Darryl cherished his moments spent at hockey games, family dinners, and sharing stories with loved ones.

His friendships were a testament to his character. Darryl didn’t just form acquaintances—he built lasting connections, marked by loyalty and love. His relationships were deep, with bonds that will live on in the hearts of those he touched. Darryl’s friends were always there for him, just as he was there for them.

Darryl’s legacy is one of joy, generosity, and laughter. He will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on through the countless stories, moments of laughter, and shared love he left behind. As Darryl often said, “Chow for now,” but his spirit will never be forgotten.

Cremation has taken place, and at Darryl's request, there will be no funeral service. Arrangements entrusted to Menard Funeral Home.
