Note to readers: This is a corrected story. An earlier version carried incorrect figures for the number of people in hospital with COVID-19 on Saturday and Friday. It also reported an inaccurate description for how Saturday's data compared to Friday's as well as an incorrect figure for the hospitalization increase week-over-week.
