OPP have advised that Highway 548 is now re-opened in both directions.
Police say the two-vehicle collision, which took place on Highway 548 south of Humburg Pointe Road and V Line Road in St. Joseph Township, is still under investigation.

Readers tell SooToday that access on and off St. Joseph Island has been blocked all afternoon after a two-vehicle collision that is currently under investigation by the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
A news release issued today states that OPP and Algoma Paramedic Services responded to the crash shortly after 11:20 a.m. this morning.
The incident occurred on Highway 548 south of V Line Road near Richards Landing.
Highway 548 is closed in both directions as the investigation continues and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
