OPP charge three males with robbery

BRUCE MINES, ON - On February 13, 2011, two males were on Highway 17 in the Bruce Mines area when they were approached by three other males.

The two males asked about getting a ride when they were assaulted by the three males.

During the assault the three males stole money and personal belongings from the victims.

Charged with two counts of robbery each are:

- Kent Raisanen, 21 years from Sault Ste. Marie

- Leslie James Nicholson, 21 years from Thessalon

- Daniel Lynn Jones, 21 years from Bruce Mines.

The three accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
