Hwy 17 Now Open east of Massey

The Ontario Provincial Police advise the public of the following road closure.

Location: Hwy 17 @ Birch Lake Road – east and west bound traffic

Detachment area: Espanola OPP

Time of road closure: 2:40 pm

Reason for the closure: Serious Motor Vehicle Collision involving a Tractor Trailer and a car

Detour: Birch Lake Road for vehicles except Transport Trucks.

Estimated duration of closure: Unknown

Time road reopened: 9:15pm
