EARLY MORNING BREAK IN RESULTS IN ARREST
Heyden, Ont.,

Sault Ste Marie OPP have charged one local man after an early morning break and enter into a Heyden business.

At about 3:00 a.m. this morning Sault Ste Marie OPP officers responded to an alarm at the grocery store in the Heyden Plaza. The front window of the store was smashed and the door was forced open.

A search of the surrounding area was conducted and officers located one man hiding in the bush area near the scene.

As a result of this investigation, 18 year old Christopher Alberta, of Kingsford Rd in Sault Ste Marie, faces charges of Break and Enter, Possession of House Breaking Tools, and Breach of a Recognizance. He will appear in court on Mon. 28 Jan 2002 in Sault Ste Marie.
