Ontario Provincial Police say a family dispute in Elliot Lake led to the arrest of a wanted person.
Officers were called to a Bouck Road residence early Saturday.
“Upon arrival it was learned that the person causing the disturbance had numerous warrants out for their arrest,” OPP said in a news release.
Jacob Moore, 33, has been charged with:
- Break, enter a place - with intent to commit an indictable offence
- Break, enter a place - commit indictable offence (two counts)
- Mischief under $5000 - destroys or damages property (two counts)
- Failure to attend court (two counts)
- Failure to comply with Release Order (two counts)
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
