Because we Ontarians proved over and over again that if there are regional restrictions, people will just travel to the region with the more lax restrictions.

Well cases going up in the USA again, the bravehearts in the USA and Canada don't need the vaccination because they think its a fraud, so don't hold your breath you aren't going to the USA anytime soon

Keep our border closed to the usa . About 80 million americans feel their rights are being taken from them . So the spread is starting again . They value their rights more than public health .
