The Sault College Student Job Centre and Employment Solutions departments are pleased to co-host the 2022 Sault College Job Fair. This year, the fair will be held virtually via Microsoft (MS) Teams and spread out over five days from Monday, March 21 to Friday, March 25.

With over 30 employers and service providers in attendance, there will be more than 500 employment opportunities for job seekers to explore. Employers from a variety of industries will be represented and include Education, Childcare, Social Services, Parks and Recreation, Aviation, Entertainment/Hospitality, Staffing Agencies, Indigenous Services, Community Resources, Health and Fitness and more.

The event is open to all and will give participants the chance to network with local employers while learning more about their business and available job opportunities. As an added bonus, eligible participants and employers in the job fair sessions will be entered into a draw to win MasterCard, Amazon and Best Buy gift certificates. To be eligible to win over $300 worth of prizes, participants must pre-register.

Student Employer Coordinator Ray Corcoran says, “A few benefits of having the job fair virtually are that it allows participants to easily select and attend sessions that are of interest to them and related to their program areas and/or work experience. There is also less external noise, which will allow participants to attend sessions with limited distractions ensuring that they are receiving proper instructions on how to apply for vacant positions available.”

Each employer will have a designated day and time for their individual session and participants can choose which session(s) they want to join at the time of registration. Once registered, participants will receive an MS Teams link the morning of the session allowing them to join at the scheduled time.

To view a list of employer sessions and/or to register, please complete the registration form. For participants needing assistance with applying for a job, Sault College Employment Solutions staff will be available at the end of each day.
