Since 2017, Superior Staff it has prided itself on creating innovative healthcare staffing solutions, focused on filling the gaps by providing dedicated, compassionate, and ethical healthcare professionals to our region’s long-term care homes and healthcare organizations when it’s needed most. President and Founder Sheri-Ann Morin, called Superior Staff it “A homegrown and stand-alone company the community can be proud of.”

By offering fully trained and continually screened staff, around-the-clock support, and competitive pricing, Superior Staff it provides the highest excellence of customer service to their partners and considers themselves an extension of their team to ensure our region’s most vulnerable populations are receiving quality care.

The Superior Staff it Team

The Superior Staff it team goes beyond the five operations employees at 248 Queen St. E. and contains over 130 field staff which includes designations such as Personal Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses, Dietary Aides, Compassionate Care Aides, Housekeepers, and Nurse Practitioners.

Superior Staff it also provides opportunities for nursing students by allowing them to work within their field while completing school and has partnered with and recognizes the Ontario Personal Support Worker Association membership allowing international healthcare providers to work as PSWs giving them the opportunity to gain experience and build their resume while giving back to the residents of long-term care facilities and other healthcare organizations.

Employees of Superior Staff it are given scheduling flexibility using a shift acceptance software called ShiftMatch. This scheduling software allows staff to create their own schedule and provides employees with a work-life balance around school, family, and other employment responsibilities.

Developing and supporting a culture that maintains staff satisfaction is a main component of the company’s vision and is done so not only through work-life balance but also through recognizing staff’s achievements, ongoing support, and staff giveaways.
