The real estate market in Sault Ste. Marie has been making headlines—and for good reason.

According to the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board, the average price of homes sold in March 2025 was $346,247, up 8.3% from March 2024. Home sales rose year-over-year, “bucking regional trends”. The dollar value of all home sales that month was $42.6 million.

Know which neighbourhoods offer the best value and greatest potential for the future. In the Soo, these would include areas like Queen Street East, the P-Patch, and the growing east end.
