Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie of the Ontario Provincial Police are seeking the public’s help in solving a break and enter and theft.
Sometime between August 1, 2015 and October 15, 2015 an unoccupied home in the 2000 block of Highway 552 East in Aweres Township was broken into.
Suspects damaged a rear door to gain entry.
Dry wall was torn off in various rooms both upstairs and downstairs in order to remove copper wire and piping.
A garage on the property was entered and an older model Honda Goldwing motorcycle was removed along with two older model Polaris snowmobiles.
Numerous boxes of small engine parts from snow machines and chainsaws were also stolen.
Help police solve this crime and receive a cash reward of up to $ 2,000.
