Several women showed up Monday to bring awareness to violence against women at Algoma University's first ever ,"Clothes Line Project"
The event had participants make their own t-shirts with their own message concerning abuse and violence against women.
Once the T-shirt were completed, all of them will hang in the Speak Easy lounge located at the university.
