A few weeks ago Local2 stopped by the R.M. Moore Before and After School Program, where a group of kids were striving to break a Guinness World Record for the longest rubber band chain. Local2's Jasmyn Rowley paid the students another visit, and learned they had surpassed their goal and are contenders for the world record.
