Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police need the public’s assistance to help solve a break and enter.
Sometime between Thursday, September 26th and Friday September 27th 2013, a locked storage building was broken into at Searchmont Ski Resort.
One of the wooden panels on the storage building and been forced open where culprits entered and then unlocked the front door from the inside.
Several tools and machinery valued at over $4000 were stolen.
Some of the items included a Honda generator, a Husqvarna 445 chainsaw, a Stihl chainsaw, and a Mastercraft electric impact wrench, grinder, and heat gun.
Several combination wrenches were also stolen with the initials “SR” engraved on them.
