VIDEO: A spa day for alpacas

The shearing of an alpaca only happens once a year, and SooToday cameras were on-hand at the Meadowview Alpaca Farm to get a behind-the-scenes look at the annual event.

Nestled in Bruce Mines is one of the first alpaca farms in Northern Ontario, where each spring farmers gather together for the annual alpaca shearing season. SooToday's Jasmyn Rowley took a trip out to Meadowview Alpaca Farm to get a look behind-the-scenes at the process and resulting product of the shearing.
