Sault Ste. Marie is a hockey town, with players of all ages and skill levels involved in the sport. Kyla Faganely has trained many professional players from the region, and found a missing link in their training that can lead to a less efficient performance on the ice, and even possible injury. Kyla is now sharing her knowledge of how she properly trains the pros with a workshop specifically designed for hockey players. The techniques she uses not only helps hockey players consistently play at the top of their game, but also helps prevent injury by targeting the muscles not typically used on the ice. The event takes place on May 25th from 7-8:30pm at the Fit Bodies Fit Minds studio at 491 Queen Street East. More information on the event can be found here.
