Officers remain on scene in the 600 block of Wellington Street West as the investigation is ongoing, police say.
The street has been re-opened to traffic between Conmee Avenue and Henrietta Avenue.
"This remains an active investigation. Further details will be released as they become available," police said.

Sault Police say there is currently a significant police presence in the 600 block of Wellington Street West.
Wellington Street West is closed to traffic between Conmee Avenue and Henrietta Avenue, police said.
"This is an active scene and community members are urged to take alternate routes if travelling in the area," police said in a new release.
