Sault Police have charged Jordan Sayers following an incident early this morning.
In a release issued today, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service alleges that the 27-year-old accused was located "unresponsive" in a vehicle on Trunk Road at approximately 1 a.m.
"Upon approaching the vehicle and speaking with the accused, officers developed grounds to believe her ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol," the release states.
It is further alleged that Sayers refused to provide a breath sample when instructed to do so by officers.
The accused stands charged with refusing to comply with a demand and is scheduled to appear in court on April 26.
