HIGH SCHOOL ARREST FOR CANNABIS RESIN 3 young persons were arrested yesterday morning at a local high school after being found in possession of a controlled substance.
HIGH SCHOOL ARREST FOR CANNABIS RESIN
3 young persons were arrested yesterday morning at a local high school after being found in possession of a controlled substance. One of the young offenders will appear in bail court this morning on charges of Possession of a controlled substance and breach of recognizance. The other 2 accused young persons were released from custody after entering into a Youth Criminal Justice Act diversion program. The young persons were in possession of cannabis resin.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE
A Sault Ste. Marie man will appear in bail court this morning after a domestic early this morning. Officers found the accused male at the residence of the complainant where he was arrested. The man faces 2 charges of breaching the conditions of his undertaking.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
A motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Bruce Street and Gladstone Avenue resulted in one driver being charged. Jeremy Erb, age 30 of 125 Gladstone Avenue was charged with Left turn – Fail to afford reasonable opportunity to avoid a collision.

Mr. Erb attempted to make a turn from Bruce Street onto Gladstone Avenue when the westbound vehicle on Bruce Street being driven by 19-year-old Jamie Trudeau of 1550 Peoples Road struck him. Mr. Erb and his 24 year-old passenger Melanie Erb both received minimal injuries. There was severe damage done
