Sault Ste. Marie Police say they've arrested an impaired driver after an incident that took place last night.
Police say they responded to a call Monday at around 10:51 p.m. regarding a possible impaired driver in the area of Princess Crescent.
Upon arrival, police determined the accused was impaired and arrested them.
The accused later failed two breathilizers and as a result, Serge Shaganash, 38, was arrested and charged with impaired driving – alcohol and drugs, and impaired driving blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 26.
