Male Resists Arrest Yesterday evening City Police attended a west end residence and arrested a 52-year-old male in regards to a domestic situation.

Yesterday evening City Police attended a west end residence and arrested a 52-year-old male in regards to a domestic situation. It is alleged that during the evening hours the accused threatened to kill the victim, at the time of this incident the accused was on Probation with conditions to keep the peace. Later when police arrived the accused resisted the officers. The accused was subsequently arrested and charged with: 1. Threatening 2. Breach of Probation 3. Resist Arrest. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court at 10:00 AM this morning.

Domestic Dispute

At approx. 6:40 PM yesterday City Police attended a residence in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the officers observed that the victim had been assaulted. It is alleged that the accused punched the victim in the head. The accused, a 28-year-old male will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM on a charge of Assault. The victim did not require medical attention for her injuries.

City Police are investigating two reports of Break and Enters from over night.

A Break in was reported to the Petro-Pass Store located at 140 Black Rd. Thieves entered the premises and stole a quantity of cigarettes.

At approx. 3:00 AM this morning an unknown male entered a residence in the 100 block of Adrian Dr. It is believed that the resident frightened him off. The suspect is described a male wearing a white T-shirt and black pants. The suspect was last seen driving south on Kerr Dr in a burgundy Dodge Van. Any person with information on this incident is asked to call the City Police.

Vehicle Break and Enters

City Police were called to investigate two more thefts from autos. Thieves stole money, personal identification and a cell phone from two vehicles parked on Heath Rd.

Mischief Investigation

Police are investigating a mischief that occurred to the Hard Wok Café on Cathcart St. Vandals broke the front door window to this business. The incident was reported just after midnight today.
