A 35-year-old Echo Bay man will make a video court appearance this morning after what, by all appearances was a really, really good time in the Sault.

Richard Aelick of 366 Church Street in Echo Bay literally fell out of his Ford Bronco when police caught up with him after he continued driving following a collision with another vehicle in the Wallace Terrace area, police say.

City Police found that not only was Aelick a disqualified driver, but he did not have the proper plates on his vehicle.

The wobbly motorist is facing charges of driving while disqualified, failing to stop to render assistance at the scene of an accident, breach of probation and driving while his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired.
