ACCIDENT INVOLVES STOLEN CAR
City police are investigating an accident on the 4th line at Great Northern Road. The single-vehicle crash occurred at 1:50am.
The vehicle was eastbound on the 4th line when the driver lost control at Great Northern Road and hit a utility pole on the southeast corner. The vehicle caught fire as the driver left the scene.
Police determined the vehicle was stolen. The driver headed west on the 4th line and was picked up by a passing vehicle. Police have begun an investigation.
ROUTINE SATURDAY NIGHT
There are three drunks sleeping it off in the cells this morning. A 23-year-old female and a 38-year-old male were arrested for breaches of release conditions. They will be going to WASH court this morning. A 15-year-old youngster was also arrested for breach of conditions.
