Female to appear in bail court for breaches of an undertaking:

Last night at approx 9:00 pm city police arrested 41-year-old Ruth Daigle, of 26 Pinder Dr. Ms Daigle is charged with three counts of breach of an undertaking. It is alleged that on July 31st, Aug 22nd and Aug 26th 2009 the accused attended at a west end residence while on a release document with conditions to stay away from that residence.

Property Crimes:

Break and enter:

A residence in 100 block of Breton Rd. was broken into yesterday. Alcohol was taken.

Theft:

A bicycle was reported stolen yesterday from the 600 block of Connaught Ave.

Mischief:
A bus shelter on Trunk Rd was damaged yesterday.
A glass door at the Club Princess, 163 Gore St. was damaged early this morning.
Two youths were seen damaging a mailbox in the 1100 block of Third Line E. One youth had a red shirt on. Both youths were carrying packsacks. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the city police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
