The following three persons are to appear in bail court this morning

31 year-old Berni Lynn Nadon of no fixed address, wanted on an order of committal in relation to a surety revocation, was arrested on the 2nd of June at 5:30 pm at a residence on Wellington Street West by members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Street Team. It is alleged that when officers locating the accused, they found her to be in possession of 1.5grams of cocaine, a toking device containing crack cocaine, a digital scale, packaging materials and drug paraphernalia. As a result, the accused was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance. Also, at the time of the offences, she was breaching conditions of a recognizance order by failing to notify her change of address, failing to reside with her surety and she was also not to possess or consume any non-prescription drugs. She was further charged with three counts of breach of recognizance. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $200.00

Domestic Related Arrest

A 50 year-old female was arrested on the 2nd of June at 11:55 pm at her residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that around 11 pm last evening the accused attended at a residence in the downtown area and assaulted her ex-boyfriend. The victim received minor injuries that did not require medical attention.

Male Youth Arrested for Breaching Curfew Conditions

A 15 year-old male youth was arrested on the 2nd of June at 9:49 pm at his residence for allegedly breaching his curfew conditions by not being home by 9 pm.
