Bail Court Arrest
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 40 year-old Dale Sawanas of no fixed address last evening at 8:45 pm on Queen Street East and charged him with three counts of Fraudulently Obtaining Food and three counts of Breach of Probation. It is alleged that on the 19th and 20th of October the accused attended at three different local restaurants and failed to pay for his meals. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions that he keep the peace and be good.

Break and Enter Reports
• A residence in the 100 block of Lorna Drive was entered sometime between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm on the 20th of October. A 26 inch Plasma television and an Xbox were taken.
• A residence in the 200 block of McNabb Street was entered yesterday. A bike was reported stolen.
• A shed in the 800 block of Fifth Line East was entered on Monday evening and a ladies green CCM and silver CCM Mountain Bike were taken.

Theft Reports
• Seven vehicles were entered in the downtown and central area of the city. A Garmin GPS, cash, vehicle papers, change and CD’s were reported taken.
• Licence plates were stolen off two vehicles in the 300 block of North Street.
