A 40-year-old man from Whitby, Ont., has been charged after police received a call about a potentially impaired driver.
On March 12, around 1 a.m., police say they received the call about the suspected impaired driver parked in the 100 block of West Street.
Upon arrival, officers found a vehicle parked on the curb.
Officers developed grounds to believe the driver was impaired by alcohol and arrested him.
Jermaine McGregor, 40, of Whitby has been charged with impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8, police say.
