Female Charged with Breach of Release 43-year old Constance Green of upstairs-42 Cathcart Street was arrested just before 1 am this morning. Officers located the accused in an intoxicated condition in the parking lot of the Station Mall.
Female Charged with Breach of Release

43-year old Constance Green of upstairs-42 Cathcart Street was arrested just before 1 am this morning. Officers located the accused in an intoxicated condition in the parking lot of the Station Mall. A query of the accused revealed that she was on a release order not to consume any alcohol or other intoxicating substances. As a result she was charged with one count of breach of a release document and will appear in court on September 26th.

Male Charged with Indecent Act

Yesterday afternoon just after 3 pm City Police were called to the Churchill Plaza parking lot, near the Beer Store, in regards to a male exposing his genitals and “mooning” persons in the parking lot. When officers arrived they found the male to be intoxicated and while speaking to the male he became aggressive with the officers and started to yell and shout. Officers arrested Wendell McKay of 22 Talon Road and charged him with one count of indecent act and one count of cause a disturbance by being drunk. He will appear in court on September 26th.

Break and Enters

Last evening City Police attended in the 100 block of Adeline Avenue for an attempt break and enter. Entry was not gained and nothing was taken.

Officers also attended at a home in the 200 block of Allen’s Side Road. Sometime between 4 pm and 8 pm last night thieves broke into a residence and stole jewellery, money, stereo equipment and a DVD player.

Yesterday officers received reports of vehicles being entered and items taken including jewellery and a stereo. The thefts occurred in the 100 block of Millcreek Drive, the 100 block of Market Street, the 300 block of Henry Street and the 400 block of Parliament Street.
