Three People To Appear In Bail Court This Morning 29-year old Corey Marshall of 564 Wellington Street West was arrested yesterday morning on a number of outstanding warrants from 2000 and 2001.
Three People To Appear In Bail Court This Morning

29-year old Corey Marshall of 564 Wellington Street West was arrested yesterday morning on a number of outstanding warrants from 2000 and 2001. Charges include one count of threatening, one count of assault, 5 counts of breach of probation, one count of the threatening to cause death or bodily harm and a couple of fraud related matters.

A 15-year old youth was arrested last evening and charged with two counts of assault and two counts of threatening to cause death or bodily harm. It is alleged that the youth got into an argument with a parent that escalated to the point of the youth pushing, grabbing and punching the victim. It is also alleged that the accused punched a sibling who attempted to intervene. It is further alleged that the youth threatened to cause death or bodily harm to both of the victims.

Just after 1:30 am this morning patrol officers checked a male on Boundary Road. A query of the male revealed that he was on a release document with a curfew of 11 pm to 7 am daily. 19-year old Shane Wabanosse of 203-135 Cambridge Place has been arrested and charged with one count of breach of a release document.

Mischief Charge

18-year old Joel Nielson of 12 Northwood Street was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000. It is alleged that the accused kicked in a door of a residence in the 100 block of Birch Street. The accused and the victim are known to each other. The accused will appear in court on March 20th.

Two Theft Charges

19-year old Jonas Wierzbicki of 277 Landslide Road was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of theft under $5,000. It is alleged that the accused attended at the Trading Post on the 14th of February earlier in the afternoon and stole an Equinox Trail Boggin worth $800 from the store. The accused will appear in court on March 6th.

18-year old Kyle Goodmurphy of 916 Second Line West and a 16-year old youth allegedly attended at the Dollarama Store in the Station Mall and stole a number of items. Both accused persons were apprehended by store security, turned over to the City Police and arrested and charged with one count each of theft under $5,000. Mr. Goodmurphy will appear in court on March 6th. The youth will appear in court on March 7th.

Report Of One Break And Enter

Yesterday afternoon City Police took one report of a break and enter. On the 9th of February and a gas can and its contents and a bicycle were stolen from garage in the 100 block of Jean Avenue.
