Youth arrested for breach of undertaking and probation orders
Early this morning members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 14-year-old male for breaching probation and undertaking release orders. It is alleged that the accused breached conditions of his release order by not being in his residence between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, by not abiding by the rules and conditions of his foster home and by not keeping the peace. The youth is charged with three counts of breach of probation and one count of breach of an undertaking.

Male arrested for mischief and breach of probation
Yesterday afternoon members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 36-year-old male for mischief and breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused person punched a hole in a wall at the Sault Ste Marie Court House, 426 Queen St. E. At the time of this offence the accused person was on probation. Jeremy Sampson, age 36, of 819 Trunk Rd. is charged with one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation.

Female arrested for break and enter
At approximately 3:50 am this morning members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 42-year-old female for break and enter and trespass by night. It is alleged that the accused person broke into a residence in the 400 block of Spadina Ave. It is further alleged that the accused person was prowling on the property of another residence in the 400 block of Spadina Ave. Lisa Muncey, age 42 of 691 Second Line W. Apt # 10 is charged with one count of break and enter and one count of trespass by night. The accused is to appear in court on Aug. 15th at 9:00 am.

Female arrested for theft
Yesterday evening members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 50-year-old female for theft under $5,000. It is alleged that the accused person entered the Canadian Tire Store, at 200 McNabb St, and stole
$11.99 worth of camping supplies. The accused was apprehended by store security and turned over to the city police. Kathleen Henderson, age 50, of 588 Albert St. W. Apt #108 is charged with one count of theft under
$5,000. Ms. Henderson is to appear in court on Aug 15th at 9:00am.

Male arrested for theft
Early this morning members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 30-year-old male for theft under
$5,000. It is alleged that the accused male entered the Metro Store, in the Churchill Plaza, and stole $58.72 worth of groceries. The accused was arrested by store employees and turned over to the city police. Garrett White, age 30, of 171 Willow Ave Apt # 9 is charged with one count of theft under $ 5,000. Mr. White is to appear in court on Aug 15th at 9:00 am.

Theft
Three bicycles were reported stolen yesterday, two from the 100 block of Valhalla Pl and one from the 200 block of Old Garden River Rd.

A vehicle was entered in the 1300 block of Queen St. E. – personal papers were taken.

A purse was stolen from an office in the 500 block of Queen St. E. – person paper and keys were stolen.

Two persons were seen trying to break into a vehicle in the 100 block of Second Line W.
Suspects are described:
1. Male, white, 18-20 years old, wear a toque.
2. Female 18-20 years old, blond hair, dark pants.
