On March 10 at approximately 1 p.m., City Police executed an arrest warrant in the 100 block of Albert St. East. 53-year-old Nolan Gibbs of Albert St.

The accused was arrested in February and allegedly furnished police with a false name

On March 2 at approximately 4 p.m. city police attended to Food Basics on Pine Street regarding a male shoplifter.

On March 1 at 8:45 p.m. officers from the Emergency Services Unit and the Break and Enter Unit executed a search warrant on a residence on Bush Street. Located in the search was a stolen washer and dryer set.

City Police attended Canada Customs on February 29 regarding a male who turned himself in to Customs Officers on outstanding warrants. 48-year-old Dennis Gibbs, of South Market St.

Police located the injured driver of a Dodge Calibre in the area near where it crashed and was abandoned

Break and Enters Sometime on February 26 unknown culprit(s) broke into a residence on Gladstone Avenue. Taken from the residence was a fridge, washer and dryer.

On February 25, 2016 city police responded to a shoplifting call at a local west end grocery store. Loss prevention officers apprehended the accused after a foot pursuit and recovered the stolen goods.
