6:30PM Update Theft of Copper Wire from an address on Allens Side Rd. Theft of a playstation, video games and harddrive from an address in the 200 block of Cathcart St.

4:46 PM update Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates : 32 year old Cindy Morissette of 802 Bonney Ave was arrested today and will be appearing in bail court tomorrow.

Domestic arrest: City Police responded to an address on James St in regards to a domestic dispute. On arrival they found a person who allegedly assaulted their partner.

A 33 year old was charged with two counts of breach of probation after a domestic related incident on Saturday, 19May12. The accused was held in custody to WASH ( W eekend A nd S tatutory H oliday) court on 20May12.

Assault and Marajuana possession A 19-year old was arrested and charged with assault and possession of marijuana as a result of a domestic incident early this afternoon.

4:30PM Update A 27 year old male was charged with three counts of assault, one count of sexual assault, one count of choking, one count of threatening and four counts of mischief under $5000. This was all in relation to domestic incidents.

4 PM Update On the 17May12 at approximately 1050 hours Donald Couturier, 27, 29 Pardee Av, was arrested by Police for possession of stolen property and six counts of possession of a restricted drug for the purposes of trafficking.

Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates : Edward Petts age 28 of 171 Gore St was arrested on an outstanding warrant of Fail to Appear Court.
