SooToday, in partnership with the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society and The Animal Assistance Group, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.
It’s That Time of Year Again! Kittens, Kittens, Kittens!
(TAAG)
At this time of year TAAG has many kittens looking for loving homes.
There are several litters available from which to choose a new family member or two.
All kittens released for adoption have had a wellness checkup at the vet, FELV testing, shots, dewormer, and flea medication if needed.
If you would like to adopt any of the available kittens (some in foster homes, or pet store adoption partners) or are interested in any of our other other cats, please call a TAAG Representative at 705.943.9093 or visit The Animal Assistance Group (TAAG) Website, where you will find information on shelter location, hours of operation, and adoption information.
Join our Facebook Group for the latest photos and information on new arrivals and availability.
Many young female cats have endless litters of kittens - young adult unfixed stray males cause more kittens to be born.
One way TAAG tries to curb the overpopulation is through spaying and neutering, but we need help to keep up with the vet costs for the Kitten Wellness Checkups and our Spay and Neuter programs.
You can help TAAG curb the homeless cat overpopulation through donations, enabling us to continue our programs.
You can make a difference!
