The music doesn't stop for Loreen Knight, who at 87 years old keeps up a busy performance schedule at retirement homes (and church) in the Sault and area.
Loreen is a passionate music lover, who wants to continue playing for people as long as she possibly can. Her weekly appearances currently include performances with three different bands at a number of venues in the Algoma region.
She has a storied and impressive musical career, which includes inductions into the Northern Ontario Country Music Hall of Fame and the Great Northern Opry.
Loreen is not only a renowned musical talent, but is also an active community member who has been recognized by countless organizations over the years for her volunteer contributions--even being named Citizen of the Year by the town of Bruce Mines.
