Out of concern for the health and safety of the community, the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie and North Pole Joint Council have cancelled this year’s Rotary Santa Claus Parade, which was originally set to take place Nov. 21.
“Christmas is still on schedule,” said Chief Elf Officer, Phyllis Navidad, “We’re at full operation in The Workshop building toys and wrapping gifts, while maintaining good Elf and Safety practices.”
The Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie encourages the community to keep wearing their masks, washing their hands, and to enjoy this special time with family.
Past parades are available to view on the Rotary Parades YouTube playlist.
There is also a special message from Santa to the boys and girls of Sault Ste. Marie that can be viewed here.
