We remember you in the rustling of leaves beneath our feet, in the whisper of falling snow, in the song of spring birds, in children's summer laughter. Losing you was difficult. Learning to live without you over the past five years has been even harder.
We are reminded that "love is how you stay alive, even after you are gone." (-Mitch Albom) and you are with us always.
There has been even more new growth to the family this year! Aimee and Adam welcomed your newest granddaughter, Sadie Jude, into the world on March 22. While they would love for you to have been here for this occasion, they know you are so very present in not only their lives but Sadie’s life already!
Five years seems like forever since we last spoke, and yet it feels like the pain is sometimes just as raw. We continue to cherish the memories and live on in your honour!
