A single motor vehicle collision has one lane closed on Queen Street East near March Street.
Police, fire and ambulance responded to the scene.
Witnesses report the vehicle involved in the collision - a blue pick up truck - was stolen from the parking lot behind a downtown establishment.
The suspect drove in the wrong direction on Queen Street and struck a tree, coming to rest on the sidewalk.
The suspect reportedly fled on foot.
