GALLERY: Final pieces of downtown plaza taking shape

Plaza programming is expected to officially start on Oct. 28, but finishing touches on the $11.6M project are coming together

As SooToday first reported, the city's $11.6-million downtown plaza is set to officially open on Oct. 28.

In the meantime, the final touches are being installed.

SooToday stopped by the plaza this morning to take some fresh photos.
