Lace up your running shoes for Strong Minds' 8th Annual Run for Change this weekend. 

The 5K run/walk takes place on May 10 at 10 a.m. at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion. Registration opens at 9 a.m. 

Proceeds from the event directly support local mental health and addiction services.

Strong Minds invites the community to lace up their running shoes and take part in a powerful day of action at the 8th Annual Run for Change, happening on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This highly anticipated 5K run/walk will be held at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels to come together in support of vital mental health and addiction awareness initiatives.

Registration opens at 9 a.m., with the run/walk officially beginning at 10 a.m. The day will continue with a vibrant after-party at Outspoken Brewing starting at 12 p.m., featuring refreshments and a celebration of community connection.

Organized by Strong Minds, Run for Change has grown year after year. Proceeds from the event directly support local mental health and addiction services, funding programs that empower individuals and families throughout the region. More than just a race, this event represents a united movement for positive, lasting change.
