The Sault area will see a big temperature swing for this Thanksgiving weekend. Daytime highs are almost ten degrees warmer than normal, but persistent northerly winds will keep pushing in colder air until we fall into single digits for Monday's holiday.

Warmer air moves in on Friday, and daytime highs will reach 21°C under a mix of sun and clouds. There is a chance of a brief shower later in the afternoon.

Saturday will be partly cloudy, with afternoon temperatures falling back to 13°C. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with a few sunny breaks and daytime highs of 12°C. Periods of rain move across the region in the evening and overnight.

Gusty north winds bring much cooler air into the region for Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, with morning temperatures near freezing and afternoon highs that only reach 8°C.
