An individual was transported to hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed during an altercation on McNabb Street Thursday.
The news release from Sault Ste. Marie Police Service follows:
On March 31, 2022, around 5:20 p.m. officers responded to a call regarding an altercation on McNabb Street.
Upon arrival officers located a person suffering from stab wounds. They were transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Another person at the scene, involved in the altercation was arrested and is facing charges.
Names and charges are not being released at this time, as the investigation is ongoing. Further details will be released as they become available.
